Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

All of our original abstract paintings are shipped directly from the Artist's studio. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. You will need to cover the return shipping costs, and the artwork must be returned in its original condition. If the artwork is not in the same condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value. This policy helps us maintain the high quality of our collection.​​

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

​Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

 

  1. The artwork must be in its original condition.

  2. It must be returned in its original packaging.

  3. A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

  4. Customized, commissioned, or personalized artworks cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery.  Include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.​

 

Return Process​

 

Contact our support team to request a return.

Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.

Securely package the artwork using the original packaging whenever possible.

Ship the item back using the provided instructions.

 

Refunds​

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned artwork, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days, depending on your payment provider.​

 

Return Shipping

 

​If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return:

 

  1. Commissioned or custom-made artwork

  2. Personalized items

  3. Digital products or downloadable artwork

  4. Items returned outside the eligible return period
