Free Shipping Worldwide
We are pleased to offer FREE shipping to most destinations worldwide on all original paintings. All orders are shipped from Jakarta, Indonesia using EMS (Express Mail Service) or another trusted international courier, depending on the destination and service availability.
Please note that free shipping is subject to carrier coverage and may not be available in certain countries, remote locations, or areas affected by shipping restrictions.f your shipping destination is not eligible for free shipping or requires an additional shipping surcharge, we will contact you before processing your order. You will have the option to proceed with the additional shipping cost or cancel your order for a full refund.
Processing Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for your artwork to be carefully prepared, inspected, and securely packaged before shipment. For commissioned or custom artworks, production times will be communicated individually.

Packaging

Unless otherwise stated, paintings are shipped unstretched and unframed. This method helps protect the artwork during transportation while reducing shipping costs and minimizing the risk of damage.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment throughout its journey. Or you may ask our representative to ask for a shipping update so they can check it for you.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer. Kalamasa has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount.
