Canceling Original Orders

 

All collectors have the right to cancel their order of an Original artwork any time before shipment, and are able to return it if unsatisfied with the work as long as Kalamasa Art is notified within the 14-day Return Policy.

In light of our 14-day return policy, we recommend that you please allow the shipment to arrive so that you can see the work in person before making your final decision whether or not to keep it. However, if you're absolutely certain that you do not want the artwork after all, please immediately contact our Support Team and provide your order details.

Please note that all return shipment process is the buyer's responsibility, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Buyer must ship the artwork in their original packaging (including all accompanying certificates received with the order). We will provide the necessary information related to the shipping (such as address, and all necessary documents to ease the process). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be remitted in USD. Kalamasa Art and/or its representative and its Payment Gateways are not responsible for any currency conversion differences that may result in a reversed payment.

Final Sale Items

Discounted artworks and custom order artworks are considered as FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns.
